Counseling for parents

Parenting brings many wonderful moments, but it can also come with challenges, questions, and periods of uncertainty.

This counseling service is designed for parents of children and teenagers who are facing parenting challenges, emotional or behavioral difficulties, school-related struggles, relationship issues, or questions related to children with special needs (such as ADHD, autism, and similar conditions).

Together, we explore practical and realistic approaches based on understanding, collaboration, and support for the whole family.

Counseling for children and teenagers

Children and teenagers often express their struggles through behavior, withdrawal, conflict, emotional outbursts, or difficulties at school and in relationships. In a safe and supportive space, I help them develop a better understanding of themselves, their emotions, and healthy ways of coping with challenges.

Sessions are tailored to the age, needs, and personality of each child or teenager. I use professional, relationship-based, and practical approaches to strengthen social skills, emotional regulation, self-confidence, and a sense of safety.

After each session, parents also receive brief feedback and guidance on how to support their child at home.

Every child needs someone who believes in them. Every parent deserves not to walk this path alone.
